info

Early 70's, Porsche had to modify the body structure of its 911 to meet the safety standards in force in the United States. This is how the "G-type" was born, which was produced from 1974 to 1989. The bumpers were redesigned and Porsche integrated a deformable tube system for minor impacts. The new bumpers have an accordion-like rubber part at the ends. This new feature will give this generation the nickname of "the 911 with bellows".

The car is fully restored. The engine has been completely overhauled in 2020, allowing it to continue its life with confidence. Never been driven since the restoration and is in impressive condition. A turbo look has been fitted during the restoration.

In the Targa version, Porsche offered an answer to those enthusiasts who wanted an open-top driving experience, but without the drawbacks of a convertible. The Targa also featured a very large curved rear windshield. Only 660 units of the 911 2.7 Targa were produced by Porsche, making it a particularly desirable model today. The car is offered with a list of invoices, an expert report and Belgian documents.
