The Mustang GT version was introduced as the "GT Equipment Package" and included a V8 engine (most often the 225 hp, grille-mounted fog lamps, rocker panel stripes, and disc brakes. A four-barrel carbureted engine was now available with any body style. Additionally, reverse lights were an option added to the car in 1965. The Mustang was originally available as either a hardtop or convertible.

This car was sold new to US in 1965. In 2014 the car was imported to France by a dealer. After two months the car was sold to the Netherlands. In 2018 the car was sold to Belgium. The car had 3 owners before. Some work has been accomplished on the car. Last owner worked on the car himself. Car is finished in beautiful green over a black interior with in combination a beige automatic soft top.
